Fixes

• Fixed issue with tinker tools not retaining the metal used (which prevented filling of certain BODs)
  • Thank you to Eleos for this fix!
• Updated CLILOCs for certain BODs so names on BODs match the item names
  • Thank you to Eleos for the fixes and Joka for reporting them (keep reporting any you find)

Changes

• Must be wearing a costume to be able to Trick-or-Treat this year (more details to follow when it is turned on)
• Changed security on stewards to match mannequins so others from same account can access (not just the character who placed it)

Additions

• Added new Monster Statuette type for Dragon Wolves
