Insanity Items

If you visit the Insane Asylum you’ll find Igor the Insane selling Insane items for Insanity tokens. That’s a lot of insanity!

These are custom items, usually designed to fill less used equipment slots to help round out your build.

Insanity tokens are awarded for many in-game activities such as treasure hunting, champion spawns and killing bosses.
